NovelNuvy is an online reading app. To provide book discovery, book details, chapter reading, reading progress, library features, profile features, app configuration, language settings, notification settings, and service reliability, the app may collect or process the following types of information.

You can clear cached content from the app’s Settings where available. Some session or preference information may be recreated when you continue using the app.
The current release configuration disables the in-app store, rewards module, AdMob app open ads, AppLovin MAX ads, Firebase analytics, Firebase crash reporting, and third-party login.
The app package may still contain related SDK dependencies, permissions, manifest declarations, or code paths because the project supports multiple build configurations and future feature switches. These disabled modules should not be initialized by the current release configuration.
If a future release enables ads, payment, rewards, third-party login, analytics, crash reporting, or similar features, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosures should be updated before or at the time those features become active.

NovelNuvy may include third-party libraries or SDKs in the app package. The current release configuration disables several optional modules, including ads, Firebase, third-party login, store, and rewards. If disabled, these modules should not actively provide their related services in this release.
The app may still rely on platform or infrastructure services to operate, such as Google Play, Android system services, networking libraries, image loading, local storage, and backend APIs.
Your use of Google Play and Android services may also be subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policies.

Local cache remains on your device until cleared by the app, cleared by you, removed by the operating system, or removed when the app is uninstalled.

NovelNuvy currently supports guest device sessions. If account login or user account features are available in your version of the app, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at margueritew315@gmail.com.
When we receive a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account or guest session, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment, tax, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
Deleting the app from your device may remove local app data, but it may not automatically delete server-side records associated with your guest session or account. To request deletion of server-side data, contact us at margueritew315@gmail.com.
NovelNuvy is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Some books may include mature themes. The app may show an age notice before allowing access to certain content. Users are responsible for complying with age notices and applicable local laws.
